That can be dangerous but here I am, thinking.
I’ve gotten calls from my database to ask questions about the market, specific questions about their property, and even just checking up on me. In our business that is pure gold.
In the past week, I’ve gotten one call from my internet presence from someone who wants to sell their house in a couple of months but that isn’t nearly as valuable as the calls from my database. She cancelled the appointment and promised to rescheule. We’ll see.
What is the difference?
It can be summed up in one word.
Everything depends on relationships, the rest is details.
I think I’ll meditate on that.
