I’m looking for you
I’m looking for you if you are an agent or about to be an agent.
Not just any agent, however.
I’m looking for agents who want to work by building relationships instead of cold calling. I understand it’s not for everyone but for the agents who really want to do this without the expired listing, FSBO, door knocking hamster wheel, I want to hear from you.
I’m looking for agents who are about to quit. To give up.
Please don’t.
I know how that feels. I was always writing in my journal “Don’t Quit” during the first year in this business while I was trying to figure out how to do it without the mindnumbing cold calling. To not spend my entire weekend door-knocking and disturbing folks who were home with their families instead of being home with my family.
I’ve run Facebook ads looking for you, searched on LinkedIn and posted on lots of groups and pages to find you. It’s working but it’s a slow go and I suspect there are more of you out there than I’m finding.
I’m guessing it’s about trust. You see the ad, go to the landing page and wonder “is this for real?”. I spent lots of money and time looking for answers and found a few ‘shortcuts’ that promised big results but they never did. I tried coaching that taught me how to manipulate people into working with me but that was just not something I could do.

Maybe you’ll see this and think of someone. Someone in real estate who is having trouble finding enough business. Can you share this with them?
You might be a great agent, doing all the business you want but you know someone (you thought of them just now, didn’t you) who would like to do more but you don’t know how to help them. Maybe you don’t have the time or just don’t want to commit to teaching.
We want to help them.
We focus on new agents or agents struggling with the traditional methods taught to agents. Door knocking, cold calling, expired listings and FSBO work but so does a slot machine. That’s the problem. They all work just enough to keep you playing while emptying the bank accounts until it’s over. It takes about 3 years for 85% of the new agents and we’re sick of it. It’s just not right to do that to a person.
I repeat this is not for everyone. If you like cold calling or ‘circle prospecting’ as some call it, we’re not here to help you. Keep doing that if it works for you. I’m looking for folks like me who want to build a business on relationships. To work with your sphere of influence instead of strangers all the time. To have clients who become friends.
