Rain
I heard it only rained 3 times in Georgia in February. It started on the 1st, the 19th and the 28th. In between it never stopped.
One good thing about the rain though is it’s easier to put a for sale sign into that red Georgia clay!!
I got another listing today and it was not a referral. It was a sign call but I am making a new friend and they are already talking about referring me to their friends and family.
No matter how they come to you, care for them, tell them how you work and remind them once in a while you work by referral and it will come. It’s a mindset and you have to believe the referrals will come.
Belief is the start of any journey and belief will keep you on the path. Don’t wavier, don’t quit and just connect. Connect to people and believe they need your help. Ask them what you can do for them. Don’t worry about referrals, just look for ways to help.
The business will find you.
