Are you ready?

2020 is over.

That sounds like great news but do you understand what I’m saying?

Real estate is a 60-90 day sales cycle and if you don’t have it under contract now, it’s likely not going to close in 2020.

And what about the business for 2021? Do you have a pipeline where you can see what’s coming up for you? I know your mortgage payment is coming up and you want food with your meals so what are you doing about it?

It’s past time to plan your business for 2021 and I’m willing to help you. We’ll spend about 30 minutes on Google Meet and discuss your game plan. How many people are in your database? How many do you need to achieve your goals? What do you do to increase your numbers? What do you do to stay in touch effectively?

I have been in this business since 2003, have been coached by the best in the business for over 16 years, always in the top 20% of agents in my office, and have never made a cold call. I’ve never called an expired listing or knocked on a door for a lead. My business is over 95% referral or repeat and it always has been.

Some people say you have to be in business a long time to work by referral but that’s only true if no one trusts you today. Word of mouth is not the same as working by referral. New and established agents can work by referral now and I’ll show you how.

This meeting is free, carries no obligation and I promise to spend the time helping you get your plan for 2021 together. You’ll walk away with some tools to track activity, plan your day, and focus on referrals.

If you want to schedule a call you can click on this link. It will take you to a calendar where you can request a 30-minute time block. I’ll accept and we’ll get on Google Meet to talk face to face. We can go longer than 30 minutes too but we might need to schedule another time.

I really hope you’ll take advantage of this. I want to see you succeed.

Thanks for listening,
Jerry Robertson
