2020 is over.
That sounds like great news but do you understand what I’m saying?
Real estate is a 60-90 day sales cycle and if you don’t have it under contract now, it’s likely not going to close in 2020.
And what about the business for 2021? Do you have a pipeline where you can see what’s coming up for you? I know your mortgage payment is coming up and you want food with your meals so what are you doing about it?

I’ve never called an expired listing or knocked on a door for a lead. My business is over 95% referral or repeat and it always has been.
Some people say you have to be in business a long time to work by referral but that’s only true if no one trusts you today. Word of mouth is not the same as working by referral. New and established agents can work by referral now and I’ll show you how.
